I embrace challenges and new experiences and I greatly enjoy working together with professionals, learning from them and sharing my own findings. After working and following the Agile methodologies I've seen the difference it makes in productivity, teamwork and knowledge sharing. I like to learn about new technologies and I'm always on the look to improve myself. In my free time I like to cook, this is my way of relaxing. Also recently I discovered that I love to travel and I want to explore more of the world and it's beauty, meet new people and most importantly to try out all kinds of food. I like to get involved in different social activities and managing them, like secret Santa, organizing the team buildings, celebration dinners for my team or the whole office in Romania. This year I presented NAPA to AIESEC as one of the speakers and I held one workshop with a colleague. In the workshop we presented the Agile methodologies and how a company that goes by these rules works. The students were really focused on the work and at the end they had great results and some outstanding conclusions, but most importantly they learned something.
